After you accept an Agreement of Sale, Duffy Real Estate continues to act on your behalf. An authorized representative will be present with you at settlement so the procedures are handled properly.

A title company coordinates the parties and transfers money and property at closing. Duffy Real Estate is affiliated with Cornerstone Agency, Inc. A title search checks the records for liens, judgments, and easements. Lender’s title insurance protects the lender; owner’s title insurance protects the buyer and is paid once, when the policy is issued.
